Headquarters for Upper Wabash Interpretive Services (UWIS) programming for J.E. Roush Lake Fish and Wildlife Area, Mississinewa Lake, Ouabache State Park, Salamonie Lake and Salamonie River State Forest.

Winter Hours: Nov. 1 through March 31
Open 11 a.m. – 4 p.m., Wednesday – Sunday
Closed Tuesday
Summer Hours: April 1 through Oct. 31:
Open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., each day

The UWIS provides interpretive programming for J.E. Roush Lake Fish and Wildlife Area, Mississinewa Lake, Ouabache State Park, and Salamonie Lake.

Upper Wabash Interpretive Center: Flower Power Preschool Program

"Flower Power" Preschool-age children (ages 2 - 5) and their adults are invited to Salamonie Preschool.  This session will be only at 10 am.  Kids will learn flowers special qualities. The class will be offered from 10 - 11:30 a.m. and again from 12:30 - 2 p.m. at Salamonie Interpretive Center in Lost Bridge West SRA, Andrews.
