Welcome to Yoga (13+) is an introduction to yoga program. No experienced is required. Each week we will explore a new yoga posture that will build strength and stamina, as well as calm the mind, and increase balance. This class will encourage gentle movements, mindful breathing, and deep relaxation. Welcome to Yoga will build the skills & confidence needed to create a home practice or attend any basic yoga class. Yoga is for everyBODY and everyone is welcome.
