Hot Plate Club: Pain Perdu

Pain Perdu. “Lost bread” is lost no more with this recipe – dry slices are the perfect vehicle for soaking up sweet, eggy goodness. As a bonus, we’ll also learn how to make the Hong Kong teahouse variation of this recipe.
