Himmeli Sculptures have long been a staple of Nordic Christmas celebrations. Ranging from the simple to the complex, the geometric shapes are eye-catching and festive. Recently, their beauty has come to be appreciated at other times of year (they make great bases for air plants, for instance!). Kindergarten – High Schoolers are invited to register by calling the library at 260.982.4773 to learn the history behind Himmeli and make their own sculptures to keep!
