DAM(N)!MAN! Event Details


This event will take place RAIN OR SHINE with no inclement weather back-up date. The Director of Wabash County Emergency Management monitors the weather conditions closely. Should the event need to be canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, a notification will appear on the website and pushed via the Wabash County Adventure Series Facebook page. Please note that no refunds are able to be issued due to the advance purchase of hospitality services and support resources.

Share The Road The bike and run courses are completely open to all vehicular traffic. All riders and runners are expected to obey cycling and traffic laws at all times. This means stopping at stop signs and stoplights and yielding to those with the right of way whenever necessary.


Each leg of the triathlon will start at the same time for all triathletes. If you are not finished from the previous leg by the next start time, you will be unable to continue onto the next leg.



SATURDAY CHECK-IN & PACKET PICKUP 4:00 - 6:00 pm

At the Wabash County YMCA (500 S. Cass Street, Wabash, IN 46992)

Stop by the Elk’s Lodge (225 W. Main St. Wabash, IN 46992) in Downtown Wabash for a spaghetti dinner from 5-7 pm. The meal is $7 with proceeds going to Daniel’s Place in North Manchester. Daniel’s Place is committed to providing respite care and support services across the lifespan of persons with physical and intellectual disabilities.

Menu: Spaghetti Entrée, salad, garlic bread, and soft drink.


SUNDAY – TRIATHLON DAY

4:00 am – 4:15 am

4:30 am
Trolley pick-up for triathletes in the swimming leg. The trolley will take these triathletes to the Honeywell Pool.
**The Honeywell Pool is an outdoor Olympic sized swimming pool.


5:00 am
SWIM START, 3.1 miles


6:20 am – 7:00 am
Trolley shuttling from Honeywell Pool to INGUARD Health
You must be finished swimming by 7:00 am.
Arriving back at INGUARD Health, you will be directed next door to the Wabash County YMCA where a free breakfast is available, and you will meet with Dam to Dam Riders.
Menu: bananas, yogurt, granola, sausage links, vegetable frittata with eggs & cheese, coffee, water, OJ, milk


7:30 am
BIKE START, 150 miles
SAG stops will be available along the route with snacks, water, Gatorade, and bike tools if necessary. If you are still biking past 6:00 pm, you will no longer have support through DAM(N)!MAN!
D2D ride details


2:00 pm – Midnight (family, friends, and D2D sponsors)
INGUARD Health will cater a dinner for D!M! triathlete families, friends, and D2D sponsors at 5:30 pm at Chapman’s Brewing Co. (233 S Miami St, Wabash, IN, 46992). Family Friendly, live music, and food (Taco Bar & Smoothies).
Triathletes will be welcomed in at the finish line of Chapman’s Brewing Co. for a taco bar, smoothies, and receiving their honorary brick.
Menu: Taco Bar (Seven Sons chicken or taco meat), guacamole, sweet potato black bean medley, fresh greens, fruit, dessert, smoothies, OJ, water, & milk


4:00 - 6:00 pm
Light dinner for triathletes at INGUARD in downtown Wabash.
Menu: Taco Bar (Seven Sons chicken or taco meat), guacamole, sweet potato black bean medley, fresh greens, fruit, dessert, smoothies, OJ, water, & milk


6:00 pm
RUN START, 31 miles
Stops will be available in Wabash and Lagro with water, snacks, and assistance.


12:00 am
FINISH LINE CUT-OFF at Chapman’s Brewery Company
If you are still running past 12:00 am, you will be given the option to be picked up or to finish the run with NO SUPPORT from DAM(N)!MAN!
